Hey this is Thomas with Texas Pride Home Inspections. I’m inspecting a a/c unit today and we have it all taken apart here underneath and when you look up into the evaporator coil you can see that dirt and filth that has gone by it. Probably letting the filter get too clogged or running it without a filter so that is definitely something that can cause a problem. They’re gonna have to have an AC guy come out and clean this evaporator call all right. That’s it for today this is Thomas with Texas pride home inspections.
