Meet Our Inspectors

My son and I perform many of our inspections together. We have developed a system in which we each check the entire house and bring our reports together into a single comprehensive report, provided in pdf format with pictures and descriptions of the issues noted. Over the years, we have found that having two inspectors on the job helps us locate many issues which would otherwise go unnoticed.  For example, once when checking an outlet in a bedroom, my son noted that the light in the hall outside the room would go out. This electrical problem would likely have gone unnoticed with only one inspector in the house.
